# Resource Release Checklist

Use this checklist when publishing an open textbook companion resource set:

1. confirm the textbook and course slugs are stable;
2. confirm each downloadable file belongs to the declared release directory;
3. calculate SHA-256 checksums after editorial review;
4. validate the release manifest before distributing resources; and
5. retain errata and change notes for future versions.

This checklist is instructional evidence only. It contains no deployment configuration, account data, or payment workflow.
